The Use of Focus Groups as a Tool for CME Program Evaluation

A b s t r a c t
For two years, the Office of Continuing Education, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, has made use of focus groups as a tool for program planning. This article describes how focus groups are employed and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of their use.
