Formats and Media

• Electronic files only
  
• File formats - high resolution (300 dpi), TIFF, EPS, or PDF (with all fonts embedded)
  
• Media - CD or zip disk, or electronic delivery (e-mail)
  
• Hard copy proof must accompany all advertisements
  
• A color proof must accompany all 4-color ads

Original proofs are sent to the typesetter, who will then forward the original proof to the printer.
The printer will use original proof for color placement only and not for SWOP specifications
