  • Full Page 7¼ x 10¼ (full bleed okay)
  • Half Page 7¼ x 5 (horizontal, no bleeds)
  • Quarter Page 3½ x 5 (vertical, no bleeds)
Formats and Media
  • Electronic files are required for all ads. Files can be emailed or supplied on disk.
  • Acceptable file formats are high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) .tiff, .eps, or .pdf files (with all fonts embedded).
Press-quality PDFs must be provided for all new advertisements. The printer uses the press-quality PDFs for color placement only and not for SWOP (Specifications for Web Offset Publications).

4-color ad files should be supplied as CMYK only (files with additional PMS colors will not be accepted and new ad files will be requested if combination files are supplied).

JCEHP reserves the right to reject, withdraw, or edit advertising material at its discretion. JCEHP reserves the right to refuse any advertisement not directly relevant to the practice of medicine and continuing education for health professionals. JCEHP is not liable for failure, for any reason, to publish an ad.

Online Advertising Specifications
  • Advertising will be placed on the right side of JCEHP.com.
  • Advertising will appear on the JCEHP.com homepage only.
  • Advertising must be sent in .GIF or .JPG format.
  • At this time, JCEHP.com is not accepting interactive or animated advertising.
  • Advertising will run for thirty days, beginning 5 working days after acceptance.
  • Advertising is sold at a fixed-price rate. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of impressions or click-throughs.

  • Advertisements for pornography and related materials and services
  • Political and religious advertisements
  • Advertisements for specific drugs or medical devices
  • Advertisements that are deceptive, misleading, or offensive
  • Advertisements directed at children
  • Advertorials (advertisement written in the form of an objective opinion editorial)
  • Advertisements of products/services that directly or indirectly compete with JCEHP.com's products/services
  • Advertisements for illegal organizations, services or products
  • Advertisements campaigning against or harassing individuals or companies
  • Advertisements with content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Advertisements that violate any local, national or international law
  • Advertisements containing offensive language or messages
  • Advertisements with content that has been promoted through the sending of unsolicited email (spam) or mail fraud schemes
  • Advertisements with content that may be infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine
  • Advertisements that include offers for free merchandise or contests
The following advertisement formats are prohibited on JCEHP.com:
  • Pop-ups and floating advertisements
  • Advertisements that are designed to collect personally identifiable information from visitors to JCEHP.com without their knowledge or permission
  • Advertisements that expand across or down the page or send visitors to another site without the visitor having clicked on the advertisement
  • Animated or interactive advertisements
